Welcome to Outbound Design Co. By accessing or using this website or engaging with our design services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Outbound Design Co. provides graphic design and branding services to clients primarily in Canada and internationally. These Terms apply to all users of the website and all clients engaging in services.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. Any misuse, including attempting to breach security or interfere with website functionality, is strictly prohibited.

3. Services & Process

When you inquire or engage with us for design services, we’ll provide a custom quote or proposal. By accepting a proposal, you agree to the project scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms.

Outbound Design Co. reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client engages in abusive behaviour, fails to pay, or breaches these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Outbound Design Co. remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of agreed deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Outbound Design Co. reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Payments

Payments must be made according to the terms stated in your quote or invoice.

Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable and secure your project in our schedule.

Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

6. Revisions & Approvals

Design packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond what is included may incur extra charges. Timely feedback is expected to maintain project timelines.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of design work, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel a project before work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion (excluding deposits).

8. Limitation of Liability

Outbound Design Co is not liable for:

Losses or damages resulting from the use of designs once delivered

Issues arising from third-party platforms or printing errors if not managed by us directly

Our services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
